Tomodachi Life in ONE DAY?

Can You Beat Tomodachi Life in ONE DAY? was released on July 1st 2023.

The video starts with Bearman outlining the requirements for "beating the game" as Tomodachi Life is a game that can be played endlessly. Although Tomodachi Life has an end credits sequence, shown when a mii couples' child grows to adulthood, Bearman stipulates that he must also unlock all locations on the map and participate in every activity. At first he aims to beat the day in real time without changing the system clock to advance time, however this rule is later disregarded.

Hour 1

Bearman creates Xhamster Island and creates his lookalike: Peter Griffen. Bearman explains the basic gameplay loop of Tomodachi life (solving problems islanders have) and concludes that creating more miis will help speed up this loop. Rather than create miis of friends and family as the game suggests, Bearman opts to create a bunch of freaks. All of the miis in the video are created by Bearman himself.

Peter has a love confession, which is generally rare within the first hour, and successfully confesses to Lori. Bearman continues to unlock several of the early game locations while solving more problems and explaining gameplay elements, he also say "Something I'm thankful for every day the modern technology that allows us to use profanity in this game", revealing that he has a mod to bypass profanity filters in the game, he also mentions the controversy that surrounded the game at launch regarding the lack of same-sex relationships, he then explains a workaround where you create a mii of the opposite sex to what they look like but admits that this is somewhat limited.

By the end of the hour, Bearman has unlocked the Town Hall, Mii Apartments, Food Mart, Beach, Fountain, Clothing Shop, Hats Shop, Port, Interiors Shop, Concert Hall, Import Wear, Rankings Board, Amusement Park, Café, Park, Mii News & Nintendo 3DS Image Share or 17/23 locations.
