howard - otherwise known as oktronkers - is an internet persona donned with means to navigate social spaces that are otherwise not welcome or congruent with his true personality. He may also be seen indulging - but doesn't entirely enjoy - menial entertainment and conversation, though his authentic values remain elusive. Also known for his involvement of the March 23rd Incident & following moderation reform, alongside in-depth discussion about topics and media he enjoys, near-interminable lest you can latch his gullet sealed.

==Reputation==
Fellow discord users of howard tend to have mixed and rather confused perceptions about him. Users stan daniel, leah and fleur are on good terms and never seep their irony in their interaction, however users; calkvin; cinammon; mouks; uhmwhat; emptyshow; and e_soup all with accounts of mixed, controversial, or even negative reception at moments. Emergent of this social dichotomy raises the hypothesis of a new social alias, a new reputation by means of disassociating an insincere and illusory self in exchange for a more authentic and personal experience amongst peers, though this method of self-assurance has yet to see its day and likely never will in the face of such an environment.

Such an opportunity to be stripped only by beach-time-blues low phone battery, and a jealous but not significant amount of players leaving by droves. He has also been included largely in the production of both "Bearman Meme and Copypasta Document" & "BEARMAN novella", but howard has yet to reach levels of stardom and gain the hearts of his colleagues in a way that isn't conspicuously chortle-inducing or ironic
